Customer

If the Customer designates an additional person/s as a contact for any works carried out by NW Construction and Landscape Ltd, we accept you the customer has given full permission to the said person/s to make the changes or amendments from the said person/s as required by you the customer. In the event of such changes or amendments, NW Construction and landscape Ltd may charge you the Customer a corresponding additional Fee as you the customer have appointed the said person/s.

Payments 

Payments are initially paid as an up-front deposit this can be done by cash or bank transfer. 

All deposits will be collected at each stage of the work carried out leading to the final payment. 

We will keep you updated on a day-to-day bias at key intervals in the progress of the project. All work carried out by NW Construction and Landscape Ltd will comply with building regulations.

NW Construction and Landscape and Landscape Ltd guarantees all their work. 

Parking

It is the responsibility of you the customer to provide parking whether it’s a day-to-day payment parking or on the premises where the work is being carried out. Due to the tools & equipment and other materials required access to parking is essential. 

Booking

Please note when booking NW Construction and Landscape Ltd it is important the first deposit is paid to secure the start date of the work to commence on the agreed date. Once paid you will receive an invoice by email confirming you have booked with NW Construction and Landscape Ltd. 

Cancellation 

Please note once agreed on starting any work, if cancelled it is with regret, we cannot refund any deposits as we may have turned away other work due to your pre-booking.
